Account & Security

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login screen and click "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a secure recovery link. If you no longer have access to that email, please use the Contact Support form below.
If you notice suspicious activity or cannot access your account, immediately reset your password using your email. If the email address has been changed without your permission, submit an "Account Recovery" ticket below with any proof of ownership you can provide.

Using Swipedt

Navigate to the post you wish to modify. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner of the post card. A menu will appear allowing you to select either "Edit" or "Delete". Note that deleting a post is permanent and cannot be undone.
Unlike traditional social media where you scroll vertically, Swipedt uses a unique interactive swiping mechanism! Simply swipe a post left or right to navigate to the next piece of content. This ensures a focused, one-post-at-a-time experience.

Safety & Moderation

You can report any post or comment by clicking the three dots (...) menu on the content and selecting "Report". For severe violations, our Auto-Mod system will automatically handle the issue. Our human moderators review all flagged content.
If our systems detect content that violates our Community Guidelines, you may receive an automated strike. Accumulating multiple strikes can result in a temporary restriction or permanent ban. If you believe you were unfairly flagged, submit a Support Ticket below.
